房間冰箱噪音很大，不用可以關掉，外面在施工特別吵，説換房間安靜一點的衹有降級沒有窗戶view的，晚上睡覺前發現床單下面很髒，説了也沒解決，多給了一個床單説鋪在上面，就很離譜，我平時都不寫評價的，整無語了，避雷吧。

陽台景觀很好，在第一天入住時工作人員還用毛巾疊了兩衹天鵝，非常可愛，沒帶充電器跟前台人員借，酒店不提供但他把他私人的借給我了，非常友善。詢問附近推薦的酒吧也很貼心的推薦給我了。酒店位置也非常不錯，附近有很多好吃的餐廳以及小吃，離地鐵站也挺近的。

很喜歡住這裡，離小吃街很近，離規模大一點的超市也不遠，旁邊小路安全幽靜，兩側不是酒店就是住家。房間內的設施都很不錯，還有公用洗衣機和烘乾機，好像洗衣液也免費提供，不過公廁環境不怎麼好。房間是密碼鎖很方便，網絡電視節目，自動登錄酒店的Netflix 會員，影片隨便看，不過沒有感興趣的。電梯很特別，裡面沒有樓層按鍵，在外面直接按樓層，然後根據指示進入相應的電梯，很新穎

The location is great. Many cafes and restaurants to visit, or just to walk around and appreciate the architecture of the area. The rooftop bar looks awesome, and the gym is sufficient. Definitely a great option, especially considering that it has a little kitchen and fridge. The hotel also has a laundry/drying machine in certain floors. The check-in is a bit late (3pm); although they say if there is a room available, they will allow you to check-in earlier. Interestingly, I waited in the lobby for around 1 hour since I didn't have much to do. All people who arrive who were non-latino were given a room, all Hispanic people were asked to wait. Maybe was a coincidence? Also, be mindful that taxis are not allowed to stop in front of the hotel since it is in front of an avenue.

優點：員工很友好，服務熱情，講英語和西班牙語；位置好，在Roma Norte，去哪都很方便；高層的視野很好缺點：除了大堂、電梯、走廊外公共區域衞生很差，10樓的公共男廁異味明顯，馬桶的蓋子和坐墊消失不見，洗衣房維護不當，很多機器無法使用，洗衣房裡找不到洗衣粉和洗衣液，需要問員工要；房間缺乏維護，牆壁有讓人不舒心的痕跡。

房間是公寓式，配置大冰箱廚房等等設備，沒有保險箱。花灑水不夠。就是普通經濟型公寓水平。網速不錯。天台是亮點，可以接近360度看全城景色，白天晚上俱佳！

優點：地理位置非常好，附近去哪裡都是很方便，餐廳、咖啡廳、市集，還有一家百年麵包店。景色很好可以看到CDMX的城市景觀，房間飲用水是直接水龍頭出來比較方便，廚房用具很齊全。缺點：窗簾是上下拉的那種，睡覺有光進來一定要戴眼罩，房間冰箱聲音非常大，第一天晚上沒睡好體驗很糟糕，最後把冰箱電源拔了。因為是公寓式酒店，所以服務是沒有的除非你和他們説，但是房間沒有電話，衹能登陸他們的小程序當時登陸很麻煩，我沒有成功過。隔音非常不好；鄰居的音樂和講話可以聽到。感覺這家酒店不值得我們付的費用。

This is in a really good location with really nice rooms - I recommend the nicer rooms with large windows, it's a really cool way to see and experience the city. Service was really good even though I also had the problem that it took a few codes to finally work. They are also responsive via Whatsapp. Looking for ward to staying on my next 訂房網站.

Exceptional Stay at ULIV Mexico City My stay at ULIV Mexico City was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, approachable, and always eager to help with any request or question. The accommodations were modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was also ideal, with easy access to some of Mexico City's best attractions, dining spots, and cultural landmarks. What truly stood out, though, was the level of personalized care provided by the team. Whether it was assisting with recommendations, ensuring everything in the room was perfect, or just greeting me with a warm smile, their hospitality made all the difference. I can't recommend ULIV Mexico City enough. It's clear they prioritize their guests' experiences, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!
